Tal has the speed, quick devastation, and disorder of a tornado. He has the ability to temporarily turn himself into a speedy cloud of dust and debris from wherever he was just standing to allow faster travel and temporary immunity to weapons and/or brute force. A similar ability is to create dust clouds around people temporarily blinding them. He has natural quickness almost unparalleled and he can maintain high speeds of movement for extended amounts of time. Tal also possesses high levels of sleight of hand, making his hand movements, when intentionally quick, almost indecipherable. Because of these abilities he's an extremely skilled hand-to-hand fighter and has deadly precision, ending fights very quickly. He also has an impossible sense of balance, being able to defy gravity for short periods of time, but he only uses this ability to stand on his staff.

Tal's a snarky, teasing, rude, extremely impatient kind of guy. His rude mannerisms aren't intentional,
and often cause him strained relationships and he usually makes new enemies without meaning to, not that it
bothers him much. He hates wasting time, obliviousness, and having unsettled arguments. If he gets off to a bad start
with someone unintentionally he'll try to start clean, especially if it was a bad start caused by rashness or anger. He has a tendency to be quick to anger and he often starts fights when there's no real reason to, which he usually regrets later. He's also very quick to sadness,
but only if you hit him in just the right spot mentally, but it's hard to do and it rarely happens. Overall he's just a kinda rude guy who's
actually kinda entertaining to be around once you get used to him, but sometimes he's a chore.

Tal's horn is hidden in the tuft of fur on his tail. It's a sharp point he sometimes uses as a weapon
He's very energetic and is always moving, whether it be tapping his foot or running laps
Tal loves fighting because it's pretty easy for him to win, so whenever he meets someone new he plans a fight in case it happens
He's very bad at all musical instruments except drums
