This have to be my topp favorite robot i have ever seen.
I think it actully is the shirt what makes this (and probly other) robots so cool looking, donno why it does tho.
But its probly also why Canti's design (from fooley cooley) also is so much more awsome when wearing a jacket.

the hips seem to just be sticks, but might have joints on the ends.....but iron man doesn't, the gray, drab, very first one, i mean.

Thanks for he link your show reel was very impressive. Do you work for hire or do you work for a company? What program did you use for the gun girl short? I ask as I saw how you used the drawing and let it evolve from there. I have not use much on the lines of 3D animation but I am very curious about it all.

This is an awesome robot.
Is it by any chance inspired by Kante from the anime FLCL? It has some similarities in his shape, for the "crotch plate" and in the head.

I didn't know about FLCL but I can see some resemblance. My design is definitely inspired by japanese stuff any way ^_^

Dude it's a must see in my book. Awesome animation, interesting character interactions, characters, great drawings, weird japanese humor that IS actually funny for once.
It's got interestingly calm situations penetrated by sexual humor and intense action scenes.
Check it out-the series is only 6 episodes.

It's made by studio Gainax who also made Neon Genesis Evangelion. -Which I also really like.

I think I have watched the whole series at least 4 times. The more I watched it, the more I laughed at it and admired the animation. I never watched any anime so much.
The only anime that I laughed at-before that I hated that a serious anime's characters turned into silly drawings. I just didn't get it.
But my perspective changed from watching it. Now I actually draw cartoony anime characters once in a while.
