Ha, that would be one awesome crossover right there XD I actually had a Tenth Doctor cosplayer come up to me when I was GLaDOS, and I offered to let him do some tests. I even promised him banana flavored cake at the end...

Aw that's sweet! I was cosplaying 10 one time, it was kind-of embarrassing because I mistook someone for Glad0s ;~; But yes! I can just imagine the Doctor sassing Glad0s and her sassing him right back! It'd be very interesting.
