you can get all of them on the net itself. Do you want a list of chars? I made the icons and portraits myself though.

oh yeah, and download Hi Res mugen, not the udual one.

another question, i dunno how to use hi-res mugen... i got some hi-res stages and screen pack but they look too big for the mugen window, i mean i could only see a quarter of the whole thing.

no they're not. Go to mugen[dot]pl or cmugen[dot]com for good chars. Also check YouTube for some good mugen char downloads.
