that's a really good question I gathered my resources over many years so I  don't know the exact resource page for the all the different things I have, but most of them I got from here (DA) and www.renders-graphiques.fr

The concept for this Layout came from the new Black Butler Opening "ENAMEL" by SID
It has a few animated  pictures at the top and the bottom but no flying lights and flickers because of the quality lose of gifs.

Well, I was think of Flash Animation in that concept but, you are right about the quality changing when you save it as a lesser format such as an animated gif compared to a png or the newest format WebP .
