Description "He is the eye of justice, and punisher of those who fail to heed their heritage."

en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Issitoq

Issitoq is a deity from Inuit mythology and can be found in the Arctic Circle. Issitoq often manifests himself into our realm as a flying eye. He appears to punish those who break taboos, as he flies throughout the frigid Arctic sky. His gaze is unavoidable and pierces through the soul of whoever it meets, but only those who have broken a taboo should fear his gaze. In these situations, Issitoq's gaze pulls their soul from their body, and absorbsΒ it into his essence. If the punished promises to change their ways, and truly means it, Issitoq will redeem their soul and return it to their body. Otherwise, they live within him forever.

I imagen these are a giant ball of eyeballs, which sends all the smaller eyeballs (which forms its massive body) onto spying missions.Β

y take is just the one eye of Issitoq. Sort of an "all-seeing" deal.

Sylizar, my idea on Issitoq's true form is a fractal alien-shaped eyeball that is eternally all-seeing, with what can only be described as a "sight beyond sight".

don't think of it as some silly flying eyeball, i believe it's a 3d projection of Issitoq's true non-euclidean form, imagine it resembling some fractal non-euclidean inhuman eyeball.
