The Subjugators are an unknown race of alien who are often mistaken as bizarre offshoots of the Klayde due to a number of similarities. In actuality, these weird creatures aren't even from the same planet. The Subjugators crystalize themselves in a durable and thick cocoons that launches itself off planets and drifts through space on solar winds and momentum. They rest inside these pods for countless years until they finally crash land onto the surface of a planet. After this, they emerge, and like a swarm of locusts, they begin to devour anything in their path. The males are armed with deadly stingers that can inject a potent venom into their prey, while the females feast off plants or anything the males kill. The venom actually causes the victim's muscles to expand until they rip through the prey's flesh, killing them. Once the Subjugators have finished their feast, they crystalize, take off, and start the cycle anew.

At some unknown point in time, the Subjugators arrived on the home planet of the Klayde. When the creatures emerged and began their feasting, they soon stumbled upon said species. Upon injecting the harmless humanoids, something strange occurred. The Klayde's musculature began to expand as expected, but their unusually elastic skin stretched with it and began to gray like the Subjugators. So not only did the Klayde's body treat the venom as some sort of super steroid, the venom also deteriorated the mind of the creatures causing them to become bloodthirsty killers.

The Subjugators were confused, and their more animalistic instinct was unsure of how to continue. Some injected their prey more, causing said specimens to grow even larger and more brutal. Others retreated from their hideous creations, while others ignored them and continued trying to feast. And feast they did. With the Klayde maniacally slaughtering everything they could find, the Subjugators were able to feast with impunity, especially considering the Klayde seemed to ignore them. Eventually, the Klayde began to acquire technology from another race on their planet. The Subjugators, following them with intense interest, realised they could use this to their advantage. When the Klayde stole spaceships, the Subjugators crystallized themselves to the armada, so they could follow the Klayde wherever they went.

Now, the two species are seen throughout the galaxies; the Klayde waging war on anything and everything, and the Subjugators feasting on what they kill. It's a match made in heaven.
