"Men, I ain't gonna lie, what I'm about to ask you to do will haunt me 'till the moment I die, but I need you to hold that thing off for as long as you can."

(Xenotype is the "official" name right now, can't think of anything better, and I didn't want to use Spawn, at least not at the moment)

Devastators are an uncommon Xenotype, and among the largest (reaching averages of approximately 45+ feet in height and up to 75+ feet in length) and absolute most dangerous.

Aside from some of the more "unique" Xenotypes, Devastators are the second most dangerous Phenotype, only outmatched by the massive Annihilators. Devastators themselves are capable of wiping out entire battalions of soldiers and technicals using their many bladed limbs, massive armored legs, energy blasts and hideously powerful "sonic blasts" that their entire body can generate, much like the Krhashatha. But they never come alone, no, Devastators are always found leading the charge in front of a massive horde of other Xenotypes.

To make it worse, while Devastators are as hard to kill as one can imagine, due to their damned armored exoskeleton, their legs are even harder, probably the hardest armor of any Xenotype. This is bad because, like the Krhashatha did, these Xenotypes can use these huge legs to defend themselves and those behind them from anything thrown at them. Plus, like all Xenotypes, Devastators are capable of spontaneous generation of new weapons, limbs and body parts (etc.) as needed as well as a highly potent regeneration ability.

One would imagine that humanity's final stand will be against these beasts leading their massive armies towards humanity's crumbling defenses. A haunting image.
