Another little sea serpent! I feel like this lil guy may be a bit too far from draconic so if I do more fish dragons, I think I'll try and incorporate more draconic elements. Still so cute, scales were less of a pain today XD I hope I pick something with fewer scales tomorrow hahaLike what you see?
