Description Good god, I had no idea what I was getting myself into when I started on this. Drawing a Skywalker, or any creature for that matter, in various poses isn't too hard- but drawing something that moves? Gaaaah. I had to watch so many videos, so many tutorials, draw so many sketches, to make this thing happen... It was worth it, though! It's not perfect, but as my first animation ever, I'm terribly proud. If you own a Skywalker I'd be happy to personalize the animation to your character, but expect it to take forever.

May I use this as a base for my Skywalker?

Hmm. I don't remember if silent-umbra is okay with the use of bases, but if she is, go for it. Let me know if there's a specific frame you'd like to use and I can upload it to my stash for you.

EDIT: Our fearless leader has spoken! Again, let me know if you'd like a specific frame.

((I am as long as an official member uses them, I just try to avoid the stealing of the species / creation of characters outside of the group))

Are they really? And thank you so much! Getting a compliment from an artist as good as you is definitely validating.

Yes slower movements are harder to do than faster ones, you can get away with less frames for faster movement where as slower ones you need more to be able to make it look good and smooth,
And your very welcome <3

Yeah it's something a lot of people miss just because it's a weird thing and something you wouldn't think of XD
I did an animation course so the teacher reminded us a lot of it so it's stuck in my brain xD
But I think it's a handy thing to know

I initially only had eight frames, but it looked really jagged that way, so I added one in between each preexisting frame and ended up with the sixteen here. I'm glad you approve!
