This is based on the first chapter of anonyemoose 's MTNN fanfic, Concentric Circles, Felines.
The fic is hilarious for those who have read the manga, but anyone unfamiliar to the series: NEURO DOES STUFF LIKE THIS ALL THE TIME.
I might have to do the scene where Neuro stuns a snake using Yako as a club next
