for those roughs, I think maybe 30min to 3H, depend of model and inpiration/idea (if I have no clear idea it's take more time to find a good one ^^)
for the technic it's just a draw made with the simply dark and solid brush, and eraser to make white part... it's all

The head from the one on the left with the body, arms, and legs from the one right next to it. It'd look pretty awesome. Like some sort of assassin samurai combo.
