Just a suggestion if we got to know both sides of the conflict. So Tf2 vs. Rivals;Sniper - Australia vs. ... Tasmania? Indonesia? Fiji? I thought of Australia vs. New Zealand first, but according to the comics ... (And yes, I know Tasmania is part of Australia.) Has claustrophobia and is an "animal whisperer" (rat infestations in his enemy's' base are common.)
Scout - USA Boston vs. USA New York. I also considered making the Rival British, but ... Red Sox vs. New York Yankees was too good to pass up
Medic - Germany vs. Switzerland. Scientific Medicine vs. Alternative Medicine. So if you see the Rival Medic dancing around naked, covered in tattoos, wearing a tribal mask and chanting, he's just treating a broken leg.
Heavy - Russia vs. Ukraine.
Spy - France vs. Spain.
Soldier - USA vs. England. Eagles and Freedom vs. Queen and Country. Rival's name is probably Emily Dickinson.
Demoman - Scotland vs. Ireland. Black Scottish cyclops vs. Black Irish coffee. Or something, I dunno.
Engineer - USA Yeehaw vs. Canada Eh.
I didn't make Pyro because they're more of a mystery than even Spy. It'd just be mask vs. mask and fire vs. fire.
