Well it is suggested that when the first Link died defending the city center which would become sky loft from Demise, that Hylia ( AKA Zelda 1.0 ) shed her divine form and reincarnated herself not only so the Triforce could be at last used against Demise, but also because she loved him and couldn't bare to live eternally without him.

No the Link before him (implied to be the first Link ever), Hylia's Chosen Hero, was - according to the Skyward Sword manga and Hyrule Historia - mortally wounded in battle against Demise, and exhausted the last of his life using the sword to send the center of the old Hylian land's capital into the sky, where it would become Skyloft. Then after at least a thousand years he was reincarnated on Skyloft as the Link you play as in Skyward Sword; who as far as we know lived to a rip old age before he died - and was then reincarnated into the Link in Minish Cap or what ever Link came before that - we're never told anything beyond him and Zelda staying on the Surface, presumably beginning the Kingdom of Hyrule as we know it.

If you look at the beginning stain glass panels in Minish Cap, there is a "Knight" called The Hero of Men, who supposedly banished the last of Demise's minions with the help of the Minish and the Piccori Blade (Pre-reforged Four Sword) into the bound chest. He looks like a Minish Cap/Wind Waker (They share a similar art style to a degree) adult/teen Link with out a hat and longer hair. My guess is this is the next incarnation in the line, after the Hero of the Skies [Skyward Sword Link]. However just based on appearance I don't think the Wii U game is his story, but considering somethings (Like the Robot, that appears to be related to Lanaryu's creations) make it feel like it would be a logical place. As for the Knight of Hylia [Link-0] himself, I doubt his game will ever, be made simply because canonically he dies in the end. Of course I could be wrong, but I have a feeling that the Wii U game is going to be placed somewhere we don't expect it.

i think it's the descendant of link and zelda from skyward sword, the game is about exploring hyrule thus it's a good chance like you said.

Yeah, it actually has kinda happened. LoZ: Spirit Tracks. It's official Zelink because they are seen HOLDING HANDS toward the end. Only game with physical proof, but still. though skyward sword comes very very close to it.

Idk, I mean it's kinda likely but still, there's something about Tetrink that just seems a bit more unlikely. Maybe it's that they didn't know each other that long and didn't get to know each other over the course of the game.

Yeah, but they leave together on lots of journeys after WW. For example, Phantom Hourglass. And even after that, they discover the "New Hyrule" together. There is a lot more to their story than just Wind Waker.

It was never stated who Zelda's grandfather is in Spirit Tracks. her grandmother is tetra. that is stated. but it is never touched upon whether or not WW Link was her grandfather. so it's basically interpretation.

Yeah, except I'm pretty sure the Link in ST is a descendant of Wind Waker Link. It wouldn't make any sense for him to like Zelda if they were later. I could be wrong, but it doesn't seme likely. There wasn't really any reason to belive that Link and Tetra even had a romantic relationship, so I suppose you're right too. It's all up to interpretation. In which case, Tetra and Link got married
