Application Form for C:Not really new character for the group.
I bet some of my watchers already knew my old OCs, Charm and Syllie. >.>
no accessories, because I already altered the Pokemon's real forms. OTL

Brief explanation:
Charm- Is the leader of the two. his strong personality and intelligence is suited to lead them through their mission. He always think before doing something reckless.
Syllie- Is more jolly and cheery than Charm. He respects him, and willing to work with him. He's friendly to everyone.

random thing: Charm is quite big for an eevee, He's as tall as Syllie even when standing on four paws.
(noted that usually Riolu is taller than Eevee)
