Hey, I receive a DMCA from this picture in pinterest, this is very good artwork but I don't undestand why you send DMCA reports. We share your work to make more people understand that you work incredibly beautiful and are a great designer, and you stop this process that is silly.

Hi.
I had to add watermarks/text to my artworks.
People started to steal and illegally sell my work. I had to fill in over 1500 DMCA's and I don't have the luxury/time to keep this up.
They think that everything is free on Pinterest, but my artworks are protected by copyright. That's why I am currently deleting all artworks without watermarks. I would prefer a different way, but there is none.
The term DMCA in this case is misleading. I just asked Pinterest to remove the images. I don't want to harm any Pinterest user.
You should have received the following message from Pinterest:
"We're getting in touch to let you know we received a copyright complaint and have removed one (or more) of your Pins.The complaint wasn't directed against you or your Pin; it was directed against another user's Pin of the same content from:
While many copyright owners are happy to have their content on Pinterest, we recognize that some do not want their content to appear on Pinterest, or did not receive attribution for the content. When a copyright owner sends us a complete notice per the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), it’s our policy to remove the Pin(s).
Again, this complaint was not directed at you, or anything you did: we just thought you'd like to know why we removed your Pin. "
I'm also very sad that I had to delete them. Some were shared over 5000 times.
I hope you can understand my situation. I would be honored if you would share the new version on Pinterest to prevent art theft.
