Inspired by a little thing I thought of and a convo with a friend. As mentioned fav.me/ddd72wx in this pic, basilisk petrification is a temporary thing. It wears off eventually (usually....) on its own, but enough of an impact will reverse the effect too. I thought of it working sooooort of like how it does in HoMM3 actually, where it's non-fatal on its own but put enough force onto it and it'll reverse it. Works kinda like Sleep status does in MonHun actually!

Anyway so the idea was that Ruth (the dragon on the right) got my basilisk a totally useless birfday present and so basilisk decided to play a little prank on him. "you woke up in the future!", thius the Ed, Edd, Eddy inspired outfit Lithic on the left is wearing. The "Nobody would fall for this" cobbled together outfit.

Lithic is also blind, so he's immune to basilisk stares~

Also the puny little hammer Raeth-Basilisk is carrying wasn't enough to break Ruth out of the stoning effect, welp.
