Well there were a few criteria for this when I started it:
1. I was watching/following the blog
2. It was still active
#1 left out some AskBlogs like Incinerating-Blade, Kushala Daora, White Fatalis and a handful of others, and #2 left out the "Tiny Dalamadur" blog, both Agnaktor blogs, and the one Tamamitsune blog at the time which got an icon and then never did anything.
I doubt there'll be any future additions or a remake of this though, so it's pretty much final as-is
