Her indicators glow light blue, which is the universal PoniBot color for Passive Mode.

I find that the hardest thing for me when making ponybots is deciding whether or not to have their mane/tails be made of solid metal, or something along the lines of wires to make them more "realistic" I see that you prefer the former, but what about an infiltration bot that is designed to look super-accurate, with only subtle markers that they are indeed, a robot?

Actually the outer skin of the PoniBots aren't exactloy made of metal, but of a carbon fiber graphene matrix. It makes the body strong and resilient, yet flexible and comfortable to the touch. The hair, on the other hand is mostly just an aesthetic accessory and is made of a soft gelatin like matrix with a graphene mesh to retain shape.

Also, if you don't mind me saying, I have a story about robot ponies where a robot assassin is killed, and 200 years later is revived. I was wondering if I have any show up in the later chapters of said story, that I could attempt to describe how they appear in your art and use it as a basis for "future robots"

Neat. This is how robots should look: sleek and pleasant like Sony's "Qrio" or Megaman X rather than something harsh and jagged. The color changes in the different versions are fun too. My favorite's this blue one but it'd be perfectly appropriate for this particular model to shift colors a lot and have a tendency to go into red battle mode.
