Very cute indeed.
I like the mane and tail especially all the little frays. I like your use of light and I like that the light is consistent. I like the shadows in the ear and the way you made in look furry inside the ear much like an actual horse. I also like the details in the irises with the lines to make them more realistic.
There are only a couple things I see that bother me. I feel like there should be a bit more contrast around the edges of the legs (this will also make it easier to see them). The shadows on the ear feel off. The ear should cast a bit of a shadow onto itself and her face. This will also make the ear look more like it stands up. In quite a few of the places on the mane and tail it appears that the shadows are misplaced with the light coming from the top left instead of the upper right as indicated by the rest of your shadows.
