Wouldn't it just be beautiful to go dance in that rain? And come back in and you're a million billion colors, and all the colors melting together, and running down your body and hair and face and clothes....
...Though I imagine it'd make quite a mess when tracked into the house.
And quite difficult to get out of clothing.

It's a beautiful thing, rain dancing. Until you realize you're cold and shivering c: But up til then, it's the best thing. Maybe someday it'll happen! A tornado sweeps up gallons of paint, and dumps them over a city, or a desert? Oooooooh cool image.
