Description
April 24 to May 3, 2010Intent: To process a flood of frustration and anger at others and self for allowing it to finally 'get to me'. It took quite a bit to digest but I got over it and I held my ground. It just goes to show that a 'nice' person isn't always so. I'll try to keep my cool longer next time in order to process the event before I let the anger do the talking.
