Tell me, was this worth 2 days of work? I hope so, I got a hold of Cinema4d so now I'm gonna be going crazy with asteroids.
Btw thats remnants of a star, not a galaxy.

The space dust was mostly standard ps brushing and a lot of fractal use... the dark dust is fractals set on difference with an adjustment to the brightness and contrast, have you ever taken a look at my nebulae tutorial?

Yeh its pretty much a rendered texture, its very simple to make if you have the program
