A re-upload of the Wander and Phaedra. I finally have a scanner!!!
Yippeee!!!!!!!! *cheers*The only editing I did was made it darker--- only a bit! [and made the picture smaller]. Because the scanner scans very lightly, and make such spots lighter than usual, instead of darker.
References? I paused while I was fighting one of my favorite colossi [colossi number four], and drew it. I disliked Wander's position, so after getting the right pose, I paused the game again to draw Wander onto the same paper. Then I linked everything together by drawing the background.
Yay for Shadow of the Colossus!!!

The first moments I stepped into Phaedra's lair with the graveyards was the first time I actually felt fear in a video game. There were just some places where it was completely dark against the light, and once the underlying strings came in, my heart tightened. I remember thinking, "Am I really afraid of this thing?" And the most ironic part of it is that the Dormin said it, "It is giant indeed, but fearful, it is not."

This is amazing detail, you definately took your sweet time. This is one of the best designed Colossi in SotC. I've seen or played everyone in battle. I love Phalanx the most, but Phaedra is a beautiful Colossi. You really brought out the true beauty of this magnificent beast. Definately a 5 star drawing in my book ^^

but if you paused the game how did you see the colossus? cause you know, the menu comes up and block your view of everything?

I replayed the fight in Time Attack Mode. When you do that, the map does not pop up like regular storyline mode. :]
I believe there's only a little menu screen on the bottom left hand corner asking you if you want to retry/quit etc.

Oh, the shading looks formidable. Can't critique anything advance. This is just a great, if not already perfect, black and white piece. Great contrast, and awesome diligence to the details close to a detail freak. (That's a good thing, BTW.)
I prefer Phoenix though, I love the thrill of the ride. When you fight this zebra, do you climb up from his tail or his side/side mane? Most do his tail, but I do his mane.

My favorite is also the sand serpent [I believe called Dirge?] and Phaedra [the one I drew] is my second favorite. I just love Phaedra's design. Dirge is spooky though, and I may consider drawing it someday.

Perhaps a picture of Wander and Agro standing before that colossi would be beautiful if there are several geysers in the background spouting water.

Wow, you should so finish the game. The ending is beautiful, and it's worth fighting all of the colossus. Although I'm like "Cloud!" "Final Fantasy!" "Gackt!" everywhere, SotC is actually one of my favorite games in terms of music, storyline, and just the uniqueness.
Haha, Colossi 10 is one of my other favorite colossi. The crazy one that runs underground like a snake with huge orange eyes. That one is uber awesome!!!
