I become friendly when I'm. Way to friendly. Last time I got black-out drunk I woke up in bed next to a guy I'd never met and my hair had been dyed teal (which I didn't mind). That was the last time I ever got high, it was a bit over a year ago.
As for drinking. I get very happy and I become a push-over. Pour a couple drinks down me and I'm everyone's best friend.
