Rodney's chin is maybe perhaps sticking out too much. And John's eyes are the wrong colour, I know.

Wow. ... My god. .. The life like quality and movement. ... John's eyes are alive and breathing (and down right frightening. Wow! )
You did a good job with the Rodney Character also. ...My god your art. ... Did you do this random, or take it from some story. ... It just looks like there's some kind of story behind it. :-D
