This is my entry to the qualifying round of =Web5teR 's Emote Tournament.The theme for the contest was 'Important events of all time', so I opted to design my entry around the creation of the Rubik's cube. Anyone that knows me (or has been watching my account for some time) will probably know I'm a big fan of Rubik's cube and have a growing collection of cubes all shapes and sizes. So whilst some people may not feel the invention of the Rubik's cube is an important one, it is certainly important to me
I've tried several times in the past to make a Rubik's cube themed emote, but find working on a small scaled difficult, as it is hard to get a lot of detail down into so few pixels. So I opted to go big and create a large scale cube which emotes could construct. I felt it would be rather boring if they constructed a cube which was already solved, so opted for them to build a scrambled cube, using an actual 3x3 cube for reference.
This emote also doubles as my first emote in #NaNoEmo 's June Visual Purpose (VP) event.

I got 6 cubes! 1 in my backpack,4 on my desk.And one more I borrow to the friend who fix my cube.
He(the one who fix my cube.),me and another friend(she) create a group called Rubik's Cube Musketeer ้ญๆนไธๅๅฎข XD(Well,named by my brother and my brothre named the grades.I'm Princess Rubik's,the he is Prince Rubik's And the she......IDK He didn't name that.Pretty strange grade names...LOL)

Wow! But honestly,Rubik's cube isn't a hard thing,all you need to do is toย practice,practice andย practice.
(My friend who fix my cube sent me a message on Facebook,he said that he had ย reach the 30sec record,OMG. He is just a 11 years old primary school student!(I'm 11 too.))

i love it!! I've never been able to solve them, but I'm around puzzle collectors fairly often and love the artistic side of their assemblage. I like secret opening boxes the most.
