Every once in a while people will use an emote code of mine and up comes an old emote i made a couple of years back. i look at some of them and really dislike the old emotes and on occasions actually get the motivation to revamp them.

This is the case with this one. I made my original shiver back in 2008 and felt it needed a revamp. I actually simplified it, but i think it does a better job now.
