Description
I haven't really done much in the way of space scenes, and this originally started off as going to be a scene from a military camp, but I quickly got bored of modelling and just started playing with the lighting. Once I arranged the lighting to my liking, I was like "omg, you know what this needs? A huge ass planet!"Took it over to PS 6.30 hrs+ later, I got this.
The title just means that if some farmers saw that, they'd know their sheep would be dead, because no one cares about sheep, and they are always getting experimented on...So they would be the first things taken by aliens or whatever.

This is an intense piece. I love the coloring, and the way the planet interacts with the ground is very cool.

Wahh.. I have no idea how you do any of this realistic three-dimensional niftiness.
But great job, anyways. Like Mary said it is surprisingly good, but it seems as if the whole scene is seen through a window pane. Maybe the foggy grayness in the clouds just have a color that's too similar too the same foggy grayness in the water. I think you should make the fog lighter in the sky.
Have a donut!

Just a tip about the stars, did you use multiple layers (duplicate layers?) If so you can eliminate the 'echoed' star effect by turning the levels on one layer down until it goes away.
Great piece though.

nice modeling, the planet is ok, but not super (i dont like the way the lighting is around it)
the whole ground is too grungy like strukt said, and the horizon looks boxy to be, it doesnt seem as rounded as it should be
ur definitly making some kickass pieces though... keep it up
