Actually I messed up. Little Juan was supposed to be on the right, because the flag behing him should be red (that's how I imagine him. You know, strong in time of war and all that crap). But I only noticed he was on the wrong side AFTER I had inked in the lineart. So yeah, I fail OTL
but then again, the grown up Piri-tans don't look to happy so let's just assume it's the time during some Spanish-Philippines war. Thus the flag. (elaborate excuse is elaborate)

I currently have no Photoshop, Gimp or SAI (tho' I'll try downloading SAI when I have the time) and working in tegakie isn't exactly my cup of tea. I admit it's fun but there's no layers, effects, gradients... nada. MS Paint is out of the question too.
Also, I drew this at school so yes, this may be considered drawing practice since almost everything drawn at school is drawing practice
