Yes this is my THIRD piece of Tinkerbell fanart. I don't know why but I just find myself drawing her so much. It's crazy.This was majorly a colouring experiment. Wanted to try out some background effects and stuff.
Done entirely in photoshop elements.
(I wish PSE had better brushes)
