How to fix an artblock: Draw a ZADR!I haven't been able to draw anything that looked even remotely decent for a bit now. I hate that. So, I kept doodling and this came out a few days ago. It cured my ability to to sketch, but I couldn't color the picture I was wanting to finish. Going back to this, I colored it and it cleared that block up too. This wasn't actually meant to finished, but I ended up thinking it was decent, so here it is! x3 Not that you needed that whole story.
This also helped get me back into the swing of my ZADR fic that I was writing.
I think it's cute. This was about half hour sketch on paper and 3 hours colored in PS CS 4 with a WACOM Tablet.
Invader Zim belongs to Jhonen Vasquez...er Nick...not sure which actually owns the copyright.

Tricks for moving artblocks are something everyone should have. They certainly save my sanity. As for ZaDr, it is indeed tricky, but perhaps that is why I am so drawn to it. I love trying to get that dynamic relationship through. 'Trying' really being the key word here. x'D

Aaaaawwww, now ain't that disturbingly adorable! I love ZADR for the fact that it's so disturbing at first that it turns you inside out until you have to accept the fact that they belong to each other! Yes, this picture is quite amazing and i do love the way the clothes wrinkle up and the affection they hold for each other. It's awesome. Anyhow, awesome work and awesome story! I love saying the word awesome!

This is a beautiful picture. The color work is gorgeous with the balance of the creamy orange background against the cooler and darker figures. It's very eye catching and creates a great atmosphere. And I love the posing. It's just so....emotive.
...and I can't forget that little bit of text either. That statement pulls it all together and just makes this pairing. XD
Also, those wrinkles at the base of Zim's shirt? FFFFFF- damn. o_o

Ah, a ZADR fan? xD I love them - I always watch Invader Zim even if I've seen all the episodes.
Thank you, I do try to do the couple justice, but there is so much emotion to them that it is hard.

Those wrinkles! I don't know!? Can fabric wrinkles be considers sexy? They are just so well rendered. I keep finding myself going back to them and going "those are well drawn clothing folds."
...then again, I'm a strange sort and should probably kept opinions like that to myself.
