Description Creative Grab Bag: Design a Poster

My first foray back into creating art of my own for the new year. Decided to start it off right with a Grab Bag Card, Luck would have it...Design a Poster!

I decided to kill two birds with one stone and create a poster that had the potential to be sold at comic cons, of which I have 2 that I will be having a table at this year with Connie for the webcomic.

Very cool! I like the composition on this one a lot more. Plus, Samus really pops out against the Smash symbol.

We really should. Daisy doesn't count, dammit, as she's a palette-swap on Daisy in SSB.

I think you might be right.

Actually, not only is this a better composition and execution than the older version, but I also think it's better than the poster you did in 2010(?). There is more going on, and your figures look more confidently-rendered.

I believe I was thinking of your piece on "The Alchemist". Which, don't get me wrong, is a very good piece! However, this one feels like you injected more of your own personality into it. Good stuff!

Oh, the illustration I just didn't realize which one you were talking about is all. I only read the Alchemist once which I think applies to the stiffness of that illustration, but I have loved nintendo gals forever. More love = more life in the drawing ?
