I think that story started the notion that Ratchet was afraid of snakes?? I can't say anything, I'm a card carrying member of Arachnophobia Anonymous!!
Poor Red, but it could have been mearcats!! They like to watch for danger on the highest thing they can fine......... The lookouts would be sitting on Red's head!!!
