Well hun... The shirt you can probably just buy...
Same with the shorts, although we may have to alter them, that's not hard though.
Vest should be perfectly fine and easy to make..
Boots need to be bought :C...
And well, I can't work with leather to save my life! XD So... maybe you could ask Jacob for help on all the belts and such~
