I dont have photoshop and idk whats the contrast is like cause I have no idea what 'tilt' is normal on my laptop screen I:(I got a laptop haha) so the colours/levels/contrast is a bit off no thanks to my camera :I
Anyway. just another WIP
Any suggestions? D: it looks so bland and kinda icky :c

Oh, I see. I can see where you want it to look dark but it looks more saturated/brighter/vivid (I'm not sure which word is more suitable) instead of a shadow or dark part. Maybe it could use a little black? That would bring out what isn't dark and it should appear lighter... maybe. My tutor also told me once that you shouldn't draw by only what you see but change some parts to make it look more appealing. Agh, you don't have to listen to me .-. It looks just fine the way it is :l Follow your gut. If you don't want to shade anymore, then that's ok c:

Very lovely touch to the outline and eyes and also lines of the entire face. Though you can dl a free sai or download photoshop. Just make better details but my opinion its fine even in a faded tilt/shade.
