Tails' little assistant. This is literally just an old Eggman's motobug that, in a experiment, Tails decided to try and mess a bit with its original program, forcing a successful reboot of its system. After some customization, this little guy became part of the Freedom Fighters. The bag around its body usually carry tools and other useful stuff depending of the current mission.
On a side note, because of their grudge, Reece HATES it. They try to kick it out of the base at least twice a day. Don't worry guys, they'll learn how to tolerate it-
