My Frisk, (Duality) has used their own soul to stabilize their timeline after a few separate events caused it to become rather glitchy. Since they were already being damaged by the constant resets, they used up their DT to create a more secure future for their friends and family, leaving their soul to fall apart rather than linger on [no rebirth or afterlife for them]. Its just one of a few possible outcomes of my Frisk's timeline.

Chara often torments them till they give in or takes over when they arent strong enough. They have asked Sans to keep them from succeeding should Chara take over.
