I've never played that game, but jeesh it obviously copied elements directly from the Mario video games like the warp pipes and etc. I mean really, those elements are obviously copyrighted and Nintendo does not endorse any other company to use those elements.

Yeah, I believe it really had to be stripped off in order to avoid a lawsuit from Nintendo. A lot of companies are very serious when they feel some third party developers are making games that infringe on their rights.

I actually don't understand why people hate the bird?
