Her eyelashes reminds me of Kouda's updated hero costume...

I don't read at all into Hero Academia. But Kouda's just look like typical feminine eye lashes. Rita's are more straight with flat tips with a third "true" eyelash that continues horizontally over the upper rim of her eye.

Months late reply but now that I think about it, wouldn't it be easier if she strapped a couple powerful batteries on her back instead of having to wear that suit?

Rita's body IS a battery, technically speaking. If you did read the bio, it says that the suit is there to prevent damage to her environment. Her skin is full of negative and positive patches that short-circuit eachother, which would put scorch marks on normal clothes.

I found her bio very relatable, not the electricity part, but her condition as an individual.
You're skilled at giving believable bio, I can totally see and understand that universe, no matter how unusual it is. And it's always fun to discover new out of the ordinary entities.
