Description
EDIT: More renders of this scene: [link]There comes the first render of my project Nontrivial object or scene in Cinema 4D scheduled in the course Principles of Computer Graphics that I'm attending at my university.
I used the Pixar's Luxo Jr. model that I submitted on dA last time and I created some models like table, window etc. It is a complete room (not just this table by the window), for more renders follow the link at the top.
It's my first project in that course but I think it looks ok. What do you think? I'll be happy if you post a comment and tell me what do you think about my first work in 3D modeling.
Luxo Jr. © Pixar (lamp on the desk - it's the exact model, created based on few photos I found)

Wow great! The textures are great as well!
Ì really like it, but the shadow of the coffeemug doesn't make sense?
Shouldn't there be a strong shadow of your lamp ?

Thanks!
You're right, light sources in the scene are set incorrectly. There is a main light positioned near ceiling that's lighting the whole room, therefore creating stronger shadow of the mug then the lamp light is. I would have done it better now

Not a photo nor photo manipulation. Pure modeling and rendering
Thanks!

Fantastic design and render.
Welcome to
First thing would recommend is to join some 3d groups.
There are many and that is the way to get your craft seen around here.
I have not used C4D so am not familiar with the processes. Except for the strong illumination (desk Lamp)

Thank you very much for your comment I really appreciate it. I'll try to find some groups that a novice like me could join.
