Pokeymahns. 5th generation. Escape. ZORS!Aaaanyway, these new ones, Zorua/Zoroa (little) and Zoroark, are first revealed of a new bunch of these monsters. ... In my opinion, Pokémon and Digimon has started to look much the same eventhough the origin was different. Both series have monsters which...do things like destroy something. xp Pokémon has better PR, though. But to be honest...I'm starting to lost line between them. Both ARE weird monsters, hey cool!
I like Zoroark actually. It looks somewhat weirdly familiar but anyway... I'm afraid it will be seen more in 13th movie. Hope it does something more clever that Lucario...
Zorzorzor... Zor on Zor because smaller version on yourself is funny.

Edit: And then one group wanted this in too. .... Oh great, only two monsters of 5th generation are revealed and people create GROUPS for them.... |D Crazy...

Yeah somewhat, though Pokemon won't truly resemble Digimon until they start adding more belts than a Final Fantasy character and making approximately one half of them cyborgs.
I love the new Pokemon! They have a very second-gen feel to them, imo.

I'm kinda meh about the new game, unfortunately... could be due for the fact that Soulsilver & Heartgold will come out in the states in about a month. I'm looking forward to that, but I'm not so certain about the new generation. I hope there's going to be some new features there. This pokemon design is nice, but I read some other comments comparing this to a goth Vulpix (at least the smaller one). I like your art anyways.

I haven't seen movies 10, 11 and 12 yet =.= I had no idea we were already at 13, nor that we were coming due of yet another Pokemon generation!
I do agree with Digimon and Pokemon becoming more similar as time goes on. I've been playing the Digimon World games on DS and they even play similarly (though I prefer the greater evolution flexibility of the Digimon games). Digimon always beats Pokemon for me though; not sure if it's because I hated Pokemon when it first came out (though I quickly came around), or because I had Digimons (The little portable ones that could battle... I owned a first-gen one) well before I was allowed even a GameBoy. That and I kinda prefer the whole two-world thing Digimon has going on; Pokemon is weird to my brain x3

I saw this guy in a poll today xp well, it´s better than the pokes of fourth generation...I only liked piplup ._.U. The rest were crap.
Not bad at all, hope the rest of pokes are like this one or better.

Digimon and Pokemon look nothing alike. :/
Pokemon are getting weirder because Ash is losing his concept of what real animals look like, so he doesn't know what to base them off of anymore.

You're totally right that Pokemon and Digimon are starting to look alike, BTW. Digi-mooching has been apparent since Generation III. My two favorite examples of this:
Combusken ([link] ) VS Hawkmon ([link] )
Beldum ([link] ) VS Tsumemon ([link] )
One could also argue that Lucario and Zoro up there were both (fairly successful) attempts to win Renamon fans/furries over. This is obvious in our pal Zoro; "zorro" means 'fox' in Spanish (as "renard" does in French), and is also the name of a certain swordsman. (Also, since Lucario has Zorro's bandanna, no doubt Nintendo thought that, not only was making more anthro-y Pokemon a good idea, but why not make one that is Zorro? Marketing genius!

It´s true. Pokémon became more detailed and more weird. Thought I seriously don´t like many of the “new “ones. (First two generations were awesome. Third didn´t hit my taste and forth was even more weird.) But IF I like one of these monsters then I do it much. I dislike people who only stay on one and the same thing forever. “Digimon Adventure was great and Zero two of course too, because it continued the story but all other seasons were crap!” And only the old and maybe Jotho-Pokémon too were nice. The other generations have a hard live because people seem to hate new things. Blah~
I´m neutral and I like newer things much :>
Hay. If the monsters are nice, WHY should you hate them, just because they are new and out of the old Pokémon style? xP
Zoroark looks nice yes. So he does appear in the movie that used a Ho-Oh & Lugia scene as teaser?

A Yai for Raikou. I like all three hound son the same level. Just looking at the Design I don´t like Entei much but because of the third movie I like it´s personality much :> Suicune had a strange movie appearance. It looked like thrown-in just because Ash needs you. Hopefully Raikou will get some nice scenes.
(And Ho-oh. Lugia got a great movie but we didn´t have seen any nice Ho-Oh scenes ever :< So a Yai for colorful birds too<3)

Ash is a problem yes. And the worst thing: I dot like Pikachu either xP So that team is just annoying.
And the same thing with that green fairy thing. I´m not Celeby-friendly. Mew has a special rule for some reason. It´s cute and has much power for it´s size but I don´t have any problems with that pink critter. Mew is Mew and doesn’t brother anyone.
I´ve seen the first 5 movies. The eight one, number ten and eleven. And form all for those I disliked the one with Celebi the most. I don’t know… I just don´t like that time travel thing. And I don´t like the fact that it will appear again :> Gra. It got an own movie why does the main plot has to do with it again? Hopefully that fact won´t took too much from the movie´s story.

Yeah, what is it with Mew? I hate Pikachu and Celebi and most the token cute Pokes, but Mew just wins, and everyone loves it! Maybe it's the same as my irrational love of MarineAngemon, who looks and acts similar now that I think about it.
It's weirdest because I hate things that are cute for the sake of it!
