Frankly the only OC Fraggle in "Past The Telescope". Besides the Fraggle Five, and numerous unnamed background ones that will be appearing in the story. I felt the need to name this one because so far in planning, he's the only one to have a noticeable scene in the story when it comes to that race beyond the Five.
