A piece for , his two favorite fandoms combined, Doctor Who and Darkwing Duck.

I had to look at reference pictures constantly while working on this. One because I've never seen the story with the Celestial Toymaker in it of Doctor Who, and Also because I haven't seen Darkwing Duck since the early 90's. I was a regular watcher of the Disney Afternoon lineup back in it's day but it just being fading memories now, when doing an image search thank goodness some one scanned in and posted a comic page showing the villain. This piece took a while to make mainly for coloring it. I'm aware the Celestial Toymaker is missing a lot of detail but that's only because what I wanted to present for the character is meant to be a cartoon version, and cartoon versions of things tend to have less details to them.
