Overall I approve of the design. A lot will depend on color choice, but the lines are clean and good looking, and the costume is sharp.
Now for some technical things. xD
His hand holding the "energy knife"(?) is a bit small, and his torso seems a bit short. Other then that the anatomy looks great!
Also....FFFFF- DEM FABRIC FOLDS. I like how you do them. Draping is hard.

yeah I had noticed that my torsos keep coming out a little short so it's something I'm trying to work on now thanks for picking up on it, if I hadn't noticed I could start fixing it now lol.
Hands are damn tricky lol I'm wasting pages practicing how to draw them so hopefully I'll have it down soon enough.
