Beautiful color and shade work, especially on his clothing, it's usually very hard to get black to have depth. The ribbons are also excellently done, and have a lot of energy to them.
His arms look a little odd, but I'm having difficulty pinpointing exactly what it is that looks odd about them 
The muscle structure looks good though, and his skin is well rendered.

I can tell you exactly what it is that's wrong it's the perception. See I wanted to have one arm in front one in back and a feel he's standing slightly to the side, however I didn't do this properly and drew the back arm facing the side and shrinking anyway then the front arm without change, etc it's a mix of things. I'm currently practicing to fix it and hope I should get a better idea of it all soon.

I wish I could color like that. And I wish my scanner didn't kill ma pencil coloring, I have to do it in felt tip to make it show up properly...:/
