Ok: Your lines are extremly sketchy and shakey, try making a base under your final lineart and trace over that and connect your lines. Tey and add more intresting poses, this will help with your anatomy and make your drawing verall better. Also, try and make better backgrounds, wether that be just an outline around the character or some trees and stuff. Your shading also seems all over the place. In real life, there are not just strokes os of shadow, it usualy comes from one direction (It can come from more though) but in this picture there is not distinct light source so it just makes everything seem a bit... everywhere. *INHALE* Finaly, just work on anatomy, use irl references and study the animal(s) you are drawing.
