advice:
1. you should color in the white spaces, it kinda looks like you forgot about them
2. use more contrasting colors for blending, and start with the lighter color. so for example, you would color the top light orange/yellow and then start with dark orange/red at the bottom
3. you should shade each individual piece of hair
4. shade the eyes more (you can add black to the top)
