Nope, this was the "a bunch of random mundane things happen in a place that looks similar to my house but not exactly my house and ends when a guy whose name is 'Craig' which happens to be the same name of the author of one of the theology things I read comes in the living room totally drunk and smashes a bottle on the table and he faints right there and accidently stabs his face and neck and obviously pops his eyes open and there's blood everywhere and everyone who witnessed it inside the house and outside through the window scatter like a flock of sheep getting chased by a wolf and I wake up" dream.

In one some dude broke into my house and shot a harpoon through my chest and I came back as a ghost. I think I recall witnessing my own funeral.
In another one I'm involved in a firefight in a tunnel and I'm only armed with a revolver. I got shot and faded in my father's arms.

Then I hacked up my cats. Felt bad.

Oh. I actually got a hell lot of dream interpretation books from the time I tried to harness them and become lucid, but that kinda failed miserably. But at least I learned a lot.
This morning I had one where I was traveling along the countryside, it looked a lot like the Flint Hills in spring, but the fields ended at the bottom of this big valley and it came abruptly into city limits. I went in and I had to speak German to communicate with locals.

My cats are probably the closest I've come to normal emotion for a long time.
And as for Freddy, yes, multiple times. He's never been after me directly though, I'm usually watching his exploits.
I remember looking up that dreaming of Freddy:

After I finished watching the episode, I thought the same thing. She can enter dreams and make them like reality like Freddy could. I actually was hoping for a Nightmare on Elm Street homage. I don't think this was necessarly a homage to it, but close enough. Though I also was hoping for Jason Voorhees pony to show up in the episode too

Personally I thought of the whole episode as a reference to Silent Hill. As in silent hill games the protagonists cannot leave until they admit and accept their fears and face them or face a trial for a sin they have committed.
Also how their mental state affected the appearances of monsters encountered.
Secondly I thought of Luna as a peeping tom in a way.
And finally unrelated is it me or does luna sound different?

No. I checked the end credits of the episode. Luna is still performed by Rairity's Voice actress. I think the Lessons Luna picked up from Twilight Sparkle in "Luna Eclipsed" has sunk in.

she does seem more timid this series although some have claimed that she wasn't there and in fact scootaloo imagined luna so maybe that's why.
