I've been seeing a lot more Shantae Fan Art recently, I wanted to draw some more as well. I've drawn Shantae quite a few times now, thought I would draw one of her friends instead.I'm ashamed to admit it took me quite awhile to realize that Rottytops entire character is a play on words: she's a zombie and one of Shantae's friends albeit a pretty lousy one... she's a rotten friend. (I was on my third playthough of Half-Genie Hero when it just clicked XD)
